ATTACK ON PEARL HARBOR..DECEMBER 7, 1941

I didn't really look for a story link, but i'm sure there are many all over the net.

Share what you know about the japanese attack on Pearl Harbor the morning of December 7, 1941. Having been in the navy '91-'95 and made 2 west pacs, i was fortunate enough to see pearl harbor. It's right up there with the Vietnam memorial wall on the lawn in DC, or the lights at the site of the twin towers. Even the strongest men would cry at any or all of those places. I wish i would have taken more pictures, we were only there a couple days, before coming home and going on leave, for christmas. GOD BLESS ALL THOSE INVOLVED, FROM THE WOUNDED SAILORS, TO THE PERSONNEL THAT HELPED AND WORKED ON ANYONE INVOLVED.

My brother lives there and I believe the USS Missouri is in dry dock until Jan 7. Sure is a special place.

Also, I’m amazed no station is showing Tora Tora Tora today, I always look forward to watching that on Dec 7.
