Ark. Woman Shows Up Drunk at DWI Hearing
LITTLE ROCK - A Little Rock woman facing her fifth drunken-driving charge in the span of a year _ and third in less than a month _ showed up to a court appearance drunk Tuesday morning, a court official said.
Susan Marshall, 55, was arrested for contempt of court after a brief appearance in Little Rock District Court, said chief probation officer Sheila Farley. Marshall later had a blood-alcohol level of 0.147 percent, Farley said. The legal limit for adult drivers in Arkansas is 0.08 percent.
Marshall said she did not drive to her court appearance and had no keys when arrested, Farley said.
Marshall, who had three drunken-driving arrests in September, was taken to Pulaski County Jail. She was scheduled for another court appearance Wednesday, Farley said.

Didn't Koren do this at his sentencing last year before the Hawks let him go?
Wonder what will happen now that he's with GB and has to go to court in Minny

He was supposed to have a court appearance in Seattle Yesterday or today to see if he violated his conditions of parole, if he did they could send him to jail for a year.
And I believe you are correct and that he should up drunk for a court date last year in Seattle. What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Koren's 90 days must be served by March 1st, but some can be served as work release.
