    Arena Football

Anyone else here watch The AFL. If not
you should check it out definatly a nice fix for the offseason. I have been getting into more and more over the last couple of years. I am kind of hoping that they may look at MN for a future team.

Just out of curiosity would any of you support a team in MN as well?

    You know GG,
I never really got into it, but then again I never really gave it a fair chance.
I'll have to watch it a little more now that I have so much down time to myself.

I think it could be a great bonus to add to our new stadium drive if they included that as another possible use for the new stadium....

    Whats you favorite arena team?

I like Colorado, and they were just on last night. Maybe it is because Aaron Hosak. I was always a fan of of his. They also have Ben Nelson that plays for them. Quite a few other players are in the league that either played for the Vikes or Gophers

Paul Ediger and Khareem Smith play for Chicago

I suppose I will have to root for what ever tem TJack and Troy Williamson end up playing for. ;D

I have watched it off and on for a while now.
Actually, started watching it in the Kurt Warner days. when he played for the Iowa Barnstormers.

    Actually pretty exciting game.

You just might have to root for TW someday, but I'de bet you right now, you'll be rooting for DullPepper before you have to for TJ...Matter of fact, I don't believe TJ is ever going into the arena, just the HOF...

    Re: Arena Football

I've tried watching a few games...not really a big fan.
I can't stand watching football played on a field half the size of standard.
    I'd rather watch CFL.

However if MN were to get a team, I would support them and start to watch regularly.
I like the sound of Minnesota Maulers.

Arena football is like having sex with a condom ,you know it is similar to the real deal but the claustrophobic sensation is always there...

I watch the games when I can. I root for the Chicago Rush (hometown team). But I also like the New Orleans Voodoo, just for their logo:
