Re: Anyone like to see different jerseys?
We can't get new jersey's because we would have to win the super bowl soon after (Broncos, Bucs, Patriots, Browns (ravens), Seahawks).

If the Vikes changed jerseys, I'd have to get a whole new wardrobe.

We will see a touch up or add on to the logo...it was stated earlier in the season. IDK what thier doing exactly. I'd love purple pants on our away unis.

I agree. Not for every game, just an alternate. I wouldn't mind if they went all purple, but not a lot of teams do that in the NFL.

A) IMO that jersey would not go good with purple helmets."VikesAllTheWay112642" wrote:

B) The black jerseys take the "Purple" out of "Purple Pride"

Re: Anyone like to see different jerseys?
It would be cool to see the old purple jerseys that were used up to 1995, the ones with the stripes on the sleeves, maybe once or twice a year at home. On Thanksgiving, the Lions and Cowboys go old school, and with the popularity of "throwbacks", it couldn't hurt. Reebok has been selling throwbacks the last couple years, ( in 2004, an Alan Page, in 2005 they sold Fran Tarkenton,Anthony Carter, and Chuck Foreman) and they sell well.I like the jerseys we have now. I hope Reebok keeps selling the trowback jerseys. Rashad, C.Carter,Eller,Marshall...... all would sell great for Minnesota !
I ll be dead and cold before I m green and gold
