Anyone have a kick A$$ Chili Recipe?

It's rained here in CT for the past 8 days now. Flooding everywhere.

It's very damp and cool thruout the state..

I'll be couching it for the Vikes game today, and I usually like to cook a gametime feast, before the game starts..

I've had Chili on the mind for the past two days, god I love the stuff.

I make a really good chili myself, but would like to see how others make up their own killer chili...

Post your recipes today and maybe I'll be trying to make your style chili..

Think I'll also make a side of Webbys, nacho dip...

Here's to a win today, and let's get our roll on..

I do, but as are all my famous recipes, it's a secret. My 20 lb. cheesecake is killer!

I can tell you this, I use all 3 of the following beans in my chili. Chili beans, dark red kidney beans & light red kidney beans. I make it either spicy hot or mild, depending on who I'm making it for.

    SingerSP,

I like to use 2 types of beans, the dark kidney beans and pinto beans...

I've got the batch of chili simmering at this moment.....

I'll wait till it's almost done, then give it a taste test, then I'll kick it up a notch and BAM.....Good to go for the game....

I can smell it from here, and if the game goes as good as it smells, we will have victory today....

Sounds tasty Ned. Pinto beans......hmmm, sounds like a interesting ingredient. I'll have to throw a can or two of those in as well next time I make a batch.

Simmering for a long time is an important step IMO. I also give 'er the old taste test while she's simmering & kick'er up as I see fit.
