Re: any one ever had arthroscopic knee surgery?
I've never been thru that, but I had reconstructive surgery on my worn out elbow a few years back...Tendons and such..
Let me just say this, be patient, do as the doctors say, and go thru the tedious part of physical therepy....
It truly sucks at times, but in the end worth it, my arm felt 15 years younger after all was said and done...
Bad news is, now both shoulders need it and my other elbow..
I need a new trade.......Concrete just beats you up....
Good luck with your re-hab.....

Re: any one ever had arthroscopic knee surgery?
I've had arthroscopic surgery on one knee twice and the other once. I never found them to be very bad. In fact, I was up and walking almost immediately and walking without cruches in about four days.
The rehad process is most just stretching to keep the pulcles from becoming taught. I think after each surgery I had about 3 week of good solid rehab with a trainer then did a lot on my own at home.Kentucky Vikes Fan
