    Any Crossfitters in the house?

    I'm kinda new here just wanted to know if anyone out here does crossfit workouts too.

    I think El Vikingo is the only crossdresser on the site.

    Time is not as much of a factor as intensity.

    1k run

    I've heard of crossfit workouts before.


    Some of them are pretty interesting, but it's just such a huge variety of things that i can't really see anyone following it 100%.

    I think it depends on what you want.
    The feeling I get from them is the same as I felt from sparring matches.
