the American Version Office
well from what i have seen of the american version of the BBC's Office...i think the US one is pretty decent. the boss character is horribly funny and even make me feel awkward... anyone see the episode about diversity--the boss was doing a chris rock stand up routine...anyway, has anyone else seen the US version of 'The Office'?

Re: the American Version Office
The American version of The Office has me weak every time I watch it. Steve Carell is hilarious as the boss, and the one guy Dwight Schrute is so serious about his shitey job. The secretary is kinda hot IMO. Don't deny it.

The original used to have me cringing and squirming all the time. I'll have to look out for the US version as I did read that it was going to be shown hereTime spent annoying a Packer fan is never time wasted...

also seen mention of another BBC series possibly moving stateside as well - Little Britain. With some of the characters in that I can see them transferring nicely to some of the US statesjust chalk up another thing the USA has taken from the BBC...

I've never got into Little Britain, but from what I've seen they could quite easily re-title it "Little Wisconsin""PAvikesfan" wrote:

Re: the American Version Office
hehe, i love both little britain and the office, little britain would need a lot of adapting though, it's very english in parts and i think some bits they just wouldn't get.
the office was fantastic as well, that cringing feeling you get aahhhh, i've never even worked in an office and i still recognise the way people behave in it from real life so much it hurts. i'd like to see the american version and see how they've done it
