    wish i could shot the ball like that.... I was a two handed pusher up until 3 weeks ago when i've changed my shot and my shot now is a one handed push like shaqs not a wrist flick like kobe or lebron...

    It's easy too.

    The hard part is shooting consistently, especially when on the move.

    I had to get used to throwing and shooting normally again after high school, where I putted the shot for 4 years. I was so used to that, and my muscle memory was all for the shot put, and I had to fix that. It helped teach me how to use my legs in throwing, punching, and shooting far more effectively, and now that I have my technique back I have way more range in basketball than I used to, and I can throw bombs with a baseball/softball... probably a football too, but haven't really played any football lately.

    my issue is moving to my left

    Im pretty good on the move but pretty shaky to the left
