Thread: Akward Story

So.. I thought I had seen all the akwardness in the world.. Until about 15 minutes ago.

So as I was on my way home today, I was talking to my girldfriend, and she was telling me of her stressful day. So I decide, I'll go over to her house and talk to her, make her feel better, yadda yadda. So we have a good 15-20 miniute convo on her front porch, no big deal. She's all better, and so I give her a hug goodbye.

So i begin the walk to my car. I see a truck driving down the road.. It slows, and slows, and I'm thinking, "Why is that car slowin----- Oh my, that's her dad!!!" I finish the walk to my car, and het the heck outta there!!!

Any number of ideas could have been flowing through his head. None of them I'm sure were as innocent as a chat on the front porch with a hug good-bye.

The akwardness came with the half second her dad and my eyes making eyecontact.. The, "OH CRAP!!" in my eyes, and the "WHAT THE HELL!!!??" in his.

Can anybody top that?

You shoulda gave him the "Yeah, I hit that!" look...even though you didn't THAT TIME! Serve him right for thinking bad thoughts!!! :evil4:
