A good friend of mine is in a serious relationship with a Bears fan.
It's awkward being around her during football season..especially on game day.
It was even more akward at last years Viking-Bears game at the Metrodome.
She spazzed out and made our buddy leave the game early.
That is not right. In all seriousness, if you're going to be brazen about it, you have to take defeats just as well.

If I were your friend, I would have made her wait by the car until I was done.
If it were me, I would have laughed my ass off and told her to fuck off.
Furthermore, if it were me I wouldn't have still been dating that chick at that point in their relationship because she wouldn't have tolerated me and my impatience with bitchy attitudes not to mention I wouldn't have lasted even 6 hours with her...much less than got to the point of going to a football game with her.
    ;D

Unfortunately, my younger brother is engaged to a Cheddar head Packer fan.
She is having a baby in 3 weeks.
She said no buying any Viking clothes for the baby.
    Yeah right.
    Ha Ha.
I have an AD jersey, Viking socks, and booties, viking bottles and pacifiers, and to really rub it in I bought a Favre Packer onesie.
    Ha Ha Ha.

    that is awesome.
And when you go to visit and find the baby in a packer attire, be sure to rub that half melted snickers bar (you know, the one you've been carrying around in your pocket for just this special occasion) all over the backside of the baby so it looks like it crapped itself.
Proceed to rub the melted candy bar all over anything green and gold.
Eventually mom will see the bigger picture.

I think you are going to have a real good opportunity to convert this kid to vikingism.
You need to be the "cool" uncle here, you know the one that gave you shit when your mom wasn't look.
The uncle that you looked forward to seeing.
When the kid gets pissed off at the mom, take advantage and build rapport with him and you will be lookin at a purple and gold rebel around the age of 13.
    Good luck.

Yes, I will be the cool uncle and convert the kid to Vikingism.
That is if my younger brother isn't able to do it.
They live in Minnesota, surely she does not want her kid to be an outcast at school when growing up.

My wife is a Sconnie and a Packers fan. You learn to live with it and actually it adds some spice to the relationship IMO.

She would have to be smoking hot for it to be ok. Like near perfection and the only thing wrong with her is the fact she likes to wear green and gold rather than purple and yellow.

Would make game days a little more interesting... you could bet blow jobs.
    We're bringing purple back.
