Boy, that Vince Young must be some smart cookie. He scored a whopping 6 on the Wonderlick test.
    Culpepper scored around a 16 to 20 I believe.
Here's a chart on the average scores by positions and non-NFL people by Paul Zimmerman in "The New Thinking man's Guide to Pro Football."
    Offensive tackles: 26
    Centers: 25
    Quarterbacks: 24
    Guards: 23
    Tight Ends: 22
    Safeties: 19
    Middle linebackers: 19
    Cornerbacks: 18
    Wide receivers: 17
    Fullbacks: 17
    Halfbacks: 16

The average scores in other professions look like this:

    Chemist: 31
    Programmer: 29
    Newswriter: 26
    Sales: 24
    Bank teller: 22
    Clerical Worker: 21
    Security Guard: 17
    Warehouse: 15

This surprises me because I would think that QB's would have to be the smartest!
Doesn't surprise me. Haven't you ever heard that offensive linemen are often the smartest guys on the field? Quarterbacks are still close to the top.

Del may be onto something man..

He is predicting Vince to drop..

With him not throwing.. And scoring extemely poor on this test..

And Cutler dominating so far at the combine it could very well happen..

Although there is alot of teams who need a QB

What is this test i have never heard of it, is it like an IQ test or something?
Test given at combine. I don't know much more about it, but it is to test some level of intelligence to see what kind of guys they are drafting.
The Wonderlic is a twelve minute, fifty question exam to assess aptitude for learning a job and adapting to solve problems for employees in a wide range of occupations. Usually the questions get progressively more difficult. The score is calculated as the number of correct answers given in the alloted time. A score of 20 is intended to indicate average intelligence (corresponding to an intelligence quotient of 100). It is rumored that at least one player has scored a 1 on the test.
