5 Year old Murdered
Just thought i'd post this to show everyone what kind of sick people we live with. This little girl was taken from her bed at home while everyone was asleep and her mom at work. They found her body in the river last night. This happend about 20 minutes from house. For some reason i can't get the link to insert in here. But the site is WWW.GLOBEGAZETTE.com it's right on the front page.

I know its the offseason when people just post random news.
Training camp is around the corner, hold on tight. The season is almost here.

wow, that story was hard to follow. it always seems these kids are taken from strange familys-ie- moms boyfriend/fiancee/family friends/ ex wife-husband/ it does not seem to happen as often to familys with just mom and dad ay home. just my observation.

I hear that Webby! However once again, this murder is the exact reason why the death penalty needs to stay legal.

Is that even an issue?
I mean I know some are opposed but I do not see America canning it again. They tried it once before and someone came along that definately deserved it, so it started up again.
I know Canada doesn't have one, but I can't see that happening here.

well Del Rio if you check around there are alot of states which have placed a moratorium on their prisoners sentenced to death. The last time the death penalty sentenced was changed...this was the first step.

and the moratorium decision in my state was solely made by our governor...not the decision of the people of the state.

Re: 5 Year old Murdered
I thought that was due in part to the advanced technology in DNA testing and the fact that there have been a record number of death row inmates cleared of charges by the government as a result. So percautions were raised by some.

That's a tough one, but he was elected so no tears here. An increased delay on the side of caution is fine by me. If it means and innocent person is pardoned. I know the lack of activity is somewhat ridiculous. I don't personaly equate that with an abolishment of the death penalty.and the moratorium decision in my state was solely made by our governor...not the decision of the people of the state.
