2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa

I know it is really early but the USA starts their qualifying on Sunday. So I thought this would be a good time to get this going.

The Americans start World Cup qualifying against Barbados on June 15 at Carson, Calif., then play at the Caribbean island on June 22.

Mexico and Costa Rica are two very good teams. Plus it is always fun to watch Mexico vs the USA. Intense and lots of fights.

    Twelve remain in New World

There were precious few surprises at the weekend as the second round of qualifying for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africaâ„¢ drew to a close in North, Central America and the Caribbean. The USA, Mexico, Costa Rica and Trinidad and Tobago - the region's representatives at the last world finals in Germany in 2006 - all moved on to the first group stage.
