From the far north, the land of ice and snow
Forces assemble, the winds of change blow
History has held in check the mighty Purple Hoard
But a new day is dawning, the warriors are on board

Throughout the land a cry goes up, a lament not to be ignored
From the Fury of the Norsemen, deliver us O Lord

The warriors are gathered, they wait the morning tide
The past is remembered, but the bitterness is cast aside
The weapons readied, wounds are healed, the ships are fully stocked
Their enemies quake as rumors flow, their senses are shocked

Throughout the land a cry goes up, a lament not to be ignored
From the Fury of the Norsemen, deliver us O Lord

The eerie sound of the Viking horn descends upon their ears
Chills run up the spine as life is given to all their darkest fears
They build their defenses, craft their plans, but all are cast aside
For the Vikings have come to town, and Victory will not be denied
