These are all best guesses off of google image result searches.

Earl Denny

Doug Davis

I'm most confident about the Doug Davis answer, so I won't dig any further on him.

The first guy, I'm really not so sure of. The shape of the top of the jersey numbers don't match up with the 29 worn by Kassulke in the picture I found, Kassulke also appears to be tanner, a bit narrower in the chin and doesn't part his hair like the man in the picture. I've narrowed down the number possibilities to:
25 - No player on the roster wearing 25 that season(according to 1967 Minnesota Vikings Starters, Roster, & Players - Pro-Football-Reference.com)
27 - Bob Grim
35 - No player listed(same as above)
37 - Mike Fitzgerald/Al Coleman
65 - No player listed
67 - Grady Alderman
85 - Paul Flatley
87 - John Beasley
95 - No player listed
97 - No player listed

With a lot of these guys, it's pretty unlikely, and it's obvious from looking at them. But I thought I'd list the possibilities for the numbers. If I overlooked anything about the shape of the numbers, resulting in some left out, fill in the blank.

As far as the Earl Denny image goes, I found a larger one.

Judging by the nose and right eye(more visible in the first, smaller smaller image than this one,) I have little doubt it's him.
