Last year he was talking smack about how the Gophers never won anything and when I showed him all the championships they had back in the day, his response was that was back in the day.

I guess I really don't care what college team fan anyone is for the most part, I just don't think you're much better than a troll if you knock the Gophers here.

But it's a free country so knock away, kind of hard to defend them right now.

I would never knock a big ten team.
I am a huge big 10 fan and want to see a team from there win the National Championship every year! Go Big Ten!

illinois is definitly on the up and up. maybe not this year but they could make a major swing at the big ten title next year. no longer a push over. however this year i dont see it going to anyone other than ohio state or penn state.
