Re: NFL Draft: Matt Ryan, QB, Boston College: the Top Quarterback Prospect?
I currently have a QB penciled in for our 2nd round slot (yes I'm always working on my draft).
I thought Henne would be a steal there.
Seems that is about were he should go.Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.

In all honesty... I'd love to get Anderson, but I don't see it happening. I think Chilly is going to let over-pursue McNabb and let Anderson slip through his fingers... because Chilly is and idiot.
If we get McNabb, here's how I'd like to see it work out...
McNabb.... Starter
TJ........... 2nd String
Brennan....3rd (if we can pick him up in the 2nd or 3rd round)Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

I'm also really impressed by the play of Dennis Dixon. I would love to see this kid in a Vikings uniform.
He is constantly making plays with both his arm and his legs.Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Just remember, there are other glaring needs in the draft besides a QB. I'm with Ned on this one, pick up a more experienced QB and try to fill other needs through the draft where it doesn't take so long to develop them.

You're just so farcical sometimes, it's highly amusing.
Derek Anderson is a "proven commodity"?
After 9 total starts in the NFL?
=Z=

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!

Not to mention, if Anderson comes to the Vikes... he won't have weapons like Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow to throw to. Don't expect the same numbers."cajunvike" wrote:
