    Louisville

So Brian Brohm led Louisville to another victory last thursday. This time over West Virginia.

If they also beat Rutgers next thursday they should be looking at a BCS bowl right? They've really had a long climb up the rankings.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

    Re: Louisville

They will get screwed somehow by another team.
If Florida finishes with 1 loss and Louisville is undefeated...Florida will be in the National Championship.

    Re: Louisville

And so we're back to the discussion we had about the BCS.

It much be frustrating for those teams. As I said in the other thread it takes away the possiblity of a cindarella team, which is a big point in sports imo.

Thanks to PPE for the sig.

You are so right Ultra. The media darlings are always the same teams each year and they always get breaks in the BCS standings. Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, Southern Cal, UCLA, Texas, ect. If you can find ANY REASON for them to get a break, they will.

There will never be a cinderella team in college football unless they have a playoff system.

    So I see.
