I do not think Georgia will move up to #2.
I bet it will be LSU or Va. Tech.

This season has been truly amazing!
I did not count Pitt out once.
Big rivalry with those 2 teams and all bets are off.

It should be OSU vs UGA, those are the two best teams in the country..

LSU shouldnt jump 6 places by winning over Tennessee who barely sneaked by Vandy and Kansas... but they are undefeated in regulation.. so they might deserve it..

Kansas faced 1 team and lost

Mizzou faced 1 team twice and lost twice

VTech lost to LSU so why should they get a chance over LSU?

USC and Oklahoma? no chance

Personally I think it should be Kansas but the BCS always likes LSU so I think it's a pretty foregone conclusion who will play for the title.

LSU beat six ranked teams, including the defending champs from last year, Florida. They beat Virginia Tech. They beat Tennessee who beat Georgia. Both of LSU's losses were in triple overtime. One was to Arkansas starring Heisman-caliber McFadden. The other loss was to Kentucky, a ranked team. LSU won the SEC, which is the premiere college football conference right now.

Kansas didn't win their conference, and neither did Georgia. USC played a lot of unranked teams. Oklahoma gave up a big lead in the fourth quarter to Colorado and also lost to Texas Tech.

It should be Ohio State and LSU, the way I see it. I don't know why Georgia was ranked above LSU last week. That was just wrong. LSU has won the conference in which Georgia plays.

Finally, after all is said and done, if someone picked LSU and Ohio State at the beginning of the year to play in the title game, that would not have been extremely controversial. All this talk about how crazy this year has been misses the larger point that the usual suspects are again ending up at the top of the heap. Plus ca change,
