Re: Flippen Gophers
Unbelievable I didn't think they could ever have a worse collapse by a Gopher team than the Michigan debacle 4 years ago, and then they do this.
Please fire Mason it's been 10 years and I have had enough of him, he will run and hide and we won't see him until the spring game and then not again until the fall training camp begins. What we've got here is failure to communicate.

Re: Flippen Gophers
Wow, just wow. How can the Gophers just let that 31-point lead get away? The D, especially the pass D, just breaks down in the 4th Q. What was Glen Mason doing?

Re: Flippen Gophers
Didn't Mason sign a new contract extension just recently?
I watched the first half then went to bed thinking it was in the bag.. Imagine my surprise when I read the final score. Ugh.

Extremely painful to watch. Absolute collapse.

Personally, I don't think there is intelligent life on other planets. Why should other planets be any different from this one?

Re: Flippen Gophers
Absolutely pathetic. The Gopher football program has sunk to a new low, and Mason must take the blame.

Re: Flippen Gophers
I really expectet them to beat Texas, I thought they'd be a way better team.
Isn't it a really young team though. A lot of freshmen?
Thanks to PPE for the sig.

That's no excuse, even if it is true (which I don't know if it is). For God's sake, they had a 38-7 lead!!!! How bad must you be to allow a team to do that as consistently as the Gophers have over the past few years? Glen Mason doesn't know how to coach a team to win.I really expectet them to beat Texas, I thought they'd be a way better team.

Try actually being at the game. Just ashamed.

You are right it's not a valid excuse. Frankly there is no excuse for a colapse like that."cogitans" wrote:
