Could we get lucky again like we have with Moss, AD, Harvin etc and have a great QB (Not saying he is or will be, just hypothetical) fall to us in the draft?

Under that scenario there is also the possibility that he was once a "Franchise" QB that is
now damaged goods.

My guess, if he slips to 20 he will keep slipping.
Assumption on my part is that if he slips like that the NFL medical community will have already determined he is damaged.
No other reason for a "Franchise" QB to slip that way.
