I think he may go undrafted now.. If Chris Leak can go undrafted and Troy Smith who won the heisman can go in the 6th, Brennan should go undrafted for sure. He is the EXACT same thing as Timmy Chang.

    Yah, I totally agree

The people putting him in the first round should smack themselves

The front offices of the teams will know he is a product of the system and not so stiff competition

This site has us drafting Colt Brennan in the 1st round....http://www.nfldraftdog.com/Mock_Drafts/2008_nfl_mock_draft.htm

Brennan is supremely talented, he has an NFL arm with a quick release and pin point accuracy. He reminds me of Tony Romo, kind of reckless and he will need a year or two to develop, but the rewards could be great. Tarvaris Jackson has been a bust.

That would be the worst way to spend our pick besides a Runningback

That is a little overboard. Sure ... it hurts his stock ... BUT he is not Timmy Chang, Troy Smith or Chris Leak. He is 6'3 201 which make him bigger and a better QB build than all of those guys. And all those guys lacked something Brennan legitimately has ... a big arm.
I don't want Brennan in the first round for sure. But this guy will DEFINITELY go on the first day unless he completely looks awful in workouts (which is what killed Chris "No arm or vision" Leak). Brennan is at least two inches taller than all of those guys and clearly has a better arm than them. He will be a first day pick and has a 50/50 shot I think of being a pro-caliber QB.

Shows how messed up the BCS.
Now imagine how good a game between USC and Georgia would've been.
The best part of my day is when I get down on my knees, with my head in my hands, and thank GOD for everything he has given me.

Much agreed... I think they plan these games to be a blow-out and get the more "well-known" schools a blowout victory. Illinois never had a chance... Hawaii never had a chance... USC vs Georgia and Hawaii vs. Illinois, couldn't agree with you more.

Sponsorships and Endorsements are dictating what teams play who... and it shouldn't be that way. Down with the BCS already... make a playoff system.
    Disclaimer: I'm an idiot.

Those big linemen for Hawaii looked like they were in slow motion compared to the linemen for Georgia. With that type of performance the skill players never stood a chance.

I can't believe that Georgia didn't hang 60+ on them

Re: Is Anybody Surprised by Hawaii?

This type of stuff is exactly why I watch very little college football.
I love to watch the kids play and enjoy that part more than I do the pro's (almost) but because there is this sham called a BCS and no clear overall champ, it is like watching the baseball season with no world series.

    Were is the closure?
Many many thanks to my talented friend Jos for the new Sig.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/josdin00/Vikings/Marrdro_sig.jpg
