Although....maybe everyone forgot to give him the benefit of the doubt....
what if his mom's Commodore 64 only types in Caps?

Wow that newbie was hammered.
Anyway, It's not a bad thing to use CAPS once in a while to stress something.
I don't do it often because I think it is rude.
However, using all caps all the time definately will say something about one's character.
Oh yeah, the use of punctuations and real sentences usually helps too.
I'm not saying it to be mean it just makes things easier to read.
