In essence, when you continually post duplicate articles and break netiquette posting in ALL CAPS, etc etc despite a year of warnings, well, you get Post Restricted.
You can reply, vote and all, but not post new articles for x amount of days.
Don't let a *year* of warnings go unheeded.
