Quitting Smoking....
This has nothing to do with sports or any crazy news. Lately I have been kicking around the idea of quitting smoking and chewing. I have been doing both for 10 years now. When I first realized it has been 10 years I realized how bad I needed to stop.
So, last night I flushed my new tin and pack of smokes down the toilet at exactly midnight. Today is my first day of no nicotin. So far, I am moody as all hell, hungrier than a mothertrucker, and cant wait for this day to be over.
I will keep tabs with you to let you know how I am doing on a daily basis.
Please....wish me luck with my crazy rollercoaster ride ahead.

Re: Quitting Smoking....
Thanks for the encouragement. I will not be denied this time. Last year I quit on the fourth of July for 3 1/2 months. Then got all drunk one night and told myself...."Oh, one wont hurt." Shheeeit. Here I am one year later.

Re: Quitting Smoking....
My parents quit a few months ago. They found it helped to suck on hard candy like suckers and rootbeer barrels. Good luck!
