An interesting alibi isn't helping a Florida man avoid child pornography charges.

Forty-eight-year-old Keith Griffin of Jensen Beach told Martin County Sheriff's detectives that his cat was responsible for the hundreds of pornographic images of children found on his computer.

Griffin told detectives the cat would jump on the keyboard when the computer was left on, resulting in the strange downloads.

He remains in the Martin County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
