I personally hate the guy, and Joe Rogan quickly became one of my heros

Im not a fan of Joe Rogan either, but what Mencia is doing is Bush League and he should be fined for it.

stole the joke from a jewish guy? anybody on this earth couldve thought of that joke..heck id even asked myself that question when they proposed to build the damn thing..the dude might get ideas, but doesnt steal jokes from nobody..carlos mencia is a great comedian..joe rogan is jealous because nobody knows him as a comedian..hes just the fear factor guy, and thats all he will ever be, while mencia has successfully replaced dave chappelle as the race comic on comedy central

joe rogan makes a big deal and says "UR NOT EVEN MEXICAN!"..mencia has never once said that hes mexican..his first standup special, he made it clear that he wasnt from mexico

??? Huh what ??? He may of made it clear on his first standup special, but he certainly does not make it clear now. Everyone who I have talked to assumed he was, he may of never claimed to be Mexican, but he certainly implied it

That is very true. I don't know much about either of these guys, but I have seen Mencia on the comedy channel and he certainly implies that he's Mexican.
