Thread: Steelers vs Vikings

Looking for either 3 or 4 tickets to the game sitting together.
Not having much luck through the Steelers websites and all the other ticket vendors unless we want to spend an arm and a leg.
We are traveling from California for the road trip of a lifetime with just the guys.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm heading to that game too....not sure what you consider an arm and a leg, but I got 2 in section 526 for my parents for $250 on eBay. It's high, but I don't think a ton, esp. since face value is like $72 or sumthing I think.

Being from Pennsylvania, the way I figure it, I only have a shot every 3 or 4 yrs to see the Vikes live within reasonable driving distance (PIT, CIN, CLE...and less so, but still doable: BUF, WSH, BAL, PHI, NYG, NYJ), so it's worth it to spend a little much since you can't do it every year. Unless of course, *you* can (depending where you're at in CA).

And about not wearing Vikes gear? Seriously? I've obtained 2 legends club tix (in open end endzone on field level....with pregame hospitality tent and all that crap) and you better believe there will be at least one purple AD jersey in that section.

in the hospitality tent, you'll be fine.
If you're paying to go in there, people might hassle you, but they are classy enough not to do dumb shit.
If your up in the cheap seats with college kids or drunken idiots, thats where problems start.
Pittsburgh and Philly are two places I'd never wear an away jersey.
Hell, Ned got bottled in Baltimore and that was only a preseason game.

The price isn't as much of a problem as it is finding 3 tickets together.

yes, they are.
If you wore Vikings stuff there, and the Vikings won, you would certainly want to take your jersey off and hide it for the walk back.

(seen there haven't been any new posts in here for awhile....anyone else heading to Pittsburgh next week for Vikes-Steelers?)
