Thread: Looking for ONE ticket to the Bears game...

I've never been to the dome, and I figure, what a game to make my first visit for...

If anyone hears of a ticket for sale, please let me know....

I'll let you know tonight Ned. I have a line on 4 tix for that game & I'll know at work today.

If not those, I still have my season tix pair & will be looking for another pair for my daughter & her boyfriend. Either way I should have an extra 1.

I've never been to the Dome, but I've been to many Vikings games here on the East Coast and a couple of others..

My first ever was,

Vikings VS Giants at the Yale Bowl Stadium, in New Haven Connecticut.....This was way back when they where building the Meadowlands....Giants Stadium..

Fran was QB then, I was young and a friends Dad took us, it was played in a snow storm....What a great time I had, it was around 1974 I think....Maybe 75......

I've since been to most Giants - Vikes games, played in the Meadowlands.....I've seen the Vikes play the Pats a couple, the Eagles in Philly......Drove up to Buffalo to see the Vikes.... And I was lucky enough one time to be in the Tampa area to catch a Tampa - Vikes game in Florida..

My favorite of all times,

Watching Moon and the Vikes beat the Giants on Monday Night, and at half time, LT made his retirement speech...

PS...Vikes won that night...LOL.....

So now, to make one of my dreams come true, I really want to see the Vikes play in the Dome......I'de probably be shaking at the kickoff if there....

Quit going in damn circles Ned, you have more important things to do like making hotel plans.

I'll be picking up 4 tix for section 120 row 19 after work tonight & one of them has your name on it..............that is of course if you're still interested in going!

As far as the airport, hotel, restaurant & tailgate info, hopefully Webby, WBL, Neumdog or one of the other Twin Cities locals can hook you up with better info than I, since I'm 120 miles from the area.

Since it's New Years weekend it's probably best to get reservations ASAP as hotels might book up fast.

I might even come up & stay in a hotel overnight as well. I will get you more info tonight after work.
