I bought them for little over $22 each,
I can tell you just from the first part of your post they are fake. remember if it is to good to be true it usually is.
I bought one off IBP and it's scheduled to come in this week, i'll keep you updated

He signed it "Kevin Williams 93
Pro Bowl 08"

He liked it, as soon as I handed it to him he said "dang, where you get this? The internet?" And then kinda flipped it around a few times checking it out, then signed it
