Thread: HDTV For Sale

I have a 56" DLP i no longer need, as i now have a projector. The picture was just fixed today, so it no longer has the dark part of the screen on the left side. Also, the lenses were cleaned, so the picture is brighter then before. It is definitely for sale, and trade as well.This is a 1080p HDTV. Of course, tv stations are 1080i, and currently only blu ray is 1080p. The model number is hlr 5668. This was purchased in feb. 2007 for $1500. The bulb was replaced last october 31, after lasting 18 months. It would have last us longer, but we were using it as our pc monitor, and that uses the bulb faster. Since then, we bought a different pc monitor, so this should last for 2+ years, if you don't use it as a monitor. I found the replacement bulb for $50. Asking $700 OBO. I would also trade for the following things, some with cash also, the ones without cash say so.
-Blu ray player
-PS3 with games(sports/racing games), only 1 controller needed. If possible, some blu rays as well.
-3 wheeler, preferably with trailer(no extra cash needed)
-Projector Screen. Hopefully around a 90" screen that can be placed on the wall.
-1995-'99 2 door 5 speed neon. Any color but purple(magenta). Mileage isn't the most important thing. It needs to run, move and stop well. No extra cash needed.
-Running Pontiac fiero. I really want a stick, but an auto. will be considered as well.
-Verizon phone. I liked my dare, but it was more then i needed. I want something middle of the road, and no smartphones.
-RT ticket to DC between July 30 or 31 and august 2.

What else do you have?

I have a newer DLP 1080p Samsung and although it is always depressing to see how cheap they are getting it is one of the best TVs I have ever seen.
Samsung is a good tv maker.
Next time I make a home entertainment purchase I will hopefully be a homeowner so I'll probably go for a 1080p DLP projector.
