Thread: comin to town!!

ok all.. it's that time again and i'm comin home!!

i'm bringin the miss's.. who's nvr really been out of greece, (cept to skotland)

so i have a couple ?'s
we are arriving on the 27/28th of july and leaving the 18th of aug.


1. Where's the best place to rent a car, i'll be driving some time to colorado as well so i'll want something comfortable.

2. TICKETS.. i wanna take her to the DOME!!
would love to arrange up a group of us.. any1 know if jets game pre-season tickets are available? i might be in colorado for the rams game, but if it's the only 1 available i'll do it.

3. where we all gonn party at?
we should have one ppo bar crawl!!!

4. is the Rocky horror still playing @ the uptown fri/sat nites?

I was standing in line every Fri/Sat night for a year or more, back in the late '70's. I used to test out boyfriends by taking them to see it. I Even got Tim Curry's autograph when he came there once as a promotion for the movie. Still have it. Being shy as I am, I asked him to kiss me and he did. I lived on that kiss for a very long time. LOL
After a while I would go to the movie just to see his entrance and then leave. By far the best part of the movie.

because i was acting in it.. mostly rocky i made my dad come down and see it..

he was shocked as i spun out of the bandages.. got my pants ripped off and stood there in gold thong undies.. and gold shoes!!

before it started.. i got him up to the stage to meet some of the stage crew.. big guys.. i told them to heave him up on stage.. so they did

i jumped up and yelled to everyone, "Say hi to my dad"

they all yell.. "Hi Dad"

it was a riot, i don't think he ever recovered.. but he survived.

btw i found some tickets

You can reserve a car online and pick it up right at the airport when you get off the plane.
I travel a lot for work and have had nothing but good experiences renting from "Avis".
Just make sure you get the unlimited mileage option if you plan on driving to Colorado.

We'll have to meet up when you get here....Is 4:20 a good time?

If that's a piece, Hell No! Those are endzone seats, upper level & it's a preseason game. $49 each is face value. Even if it's per pair, watch eBay for cheaper seats. I've been getting regular season seats for half-price.

$50 each should get you a lower level seat for pre-season.
