Re: Anyone RELOCATING to Illinois???
Too far north for me.
Although thats a great price.
For 250K I might be able to afford an 1/8th of an acre and a cardboard box.
And thats why I rent.

Wow I have been just watching the liberal press, now I see how great the housing market is for sellers and builders. Woo Hoo. :You don't follow the Tehran Times?
New homes sales actually increased in Sep.

How about the Salt Lake Trib?

Don't believe all the liberal press hype being doled out lately.
;D
Here's a new refundable tax credit worth up to $7500. You
http://www.federalhousingtaxcredit.com/faq.phpWho is eligible to claim the $7,500 tax credit?
First time home buyers purchasing any kind of homeâ€â€new or resaleâ€â€are eligible for the tax credit. To qualify for the tax credit, a home purchase must occur on or after April 9, 2008 and before July 1, 2009. For the purposes of the tax credit, the purchase date is the date when closing occurs.
before you get too excited it is really just an interest free loan, still it could help if someone is lacking a down payment.(although that might be how we got in this mess in the first place)

Well, to view the complete details of that home, you have to register on that site. If you don't want to do that, try this link.Hello Fellow Football Brethren! How the hell are ya!!!
I have a question for you.....I'm currently selling my home and was wondering what I could do to expedite the process in this housing market.
...Then I had a brain storm!.....
In the chance that there are people relocating around the country all the time, I thought perhaps I'd post it on our f2FA affiliate's web site!
If you should know of anyone that is relocating to Illinois, or wants to, here is my listing for your review.
The home is located approximately 40 miles Northwest of Chicago in McHenry County.
It's a gorgeous wooded area with private lake. About 15 minutes from the Wisconsin border and 20 minutes from Lake Geneva!!!
(My favorite Play Ground!)
The home originally Bank Appraised at $350,000.
But in this market, we have dropped to $249,000 (as we are very motivated).
NOTE TO SITE MODERATORS - If posting the sale of my home is not something that you feel comfortable allowing, then please...by all means, delete this thread.
I would have preferred to ask permission first, but I don't know who the site moderators are.
And I don't want to be out of compliance with your site policy.
To view home just follow this link:
