white font?

We have had 4 reports of it; generally I understand why the problem may exist, but its hard to troubleshoot each PC because everyone is so different.

If you have another browser like Firefox, AOL, or something, try it in there. Okay? Alright, we need to fix your IE.

I will list a few things: is everything blank on the accessibility button when you gotot Tools...Internet Options on that first page? Colors button, only the left should be checked.

Colour button is checked - so that windows colours are to be used. Accessibility button is all blank. One thing I have noticed is that the font on the side of the web pages is not the same size/style as I see when logging on at home - so almost as if my IE is not recognising the font used on the site

I had that problem for a long time too and I never thought of highlighting the text until about 2 weeks of frustration!! I just deal with!

A new theme is coming up that will allow you to change the colors scheme.

Anyone that had the white font problem like me, since I've switched over to the PPO theme the problem has now been cured.
So give it a try and see if it works for you
