white font?

since the site has been up dated the font for everyones posts are white and the backround is white...to readthe posts i have to highlight the text...it is kind of annoying..anyone else having this problem? :?:

I havn't had this problem, but I'm brand new to the site. I joined yesterday and everything has been hunky-dory!

It must be your configuation of your PC. You are the only person to have brought this up. May want to check your end.

I get the same as well on my works PC - home PC is ok - so I'm trying to figure out where the problem lies.
If anyone figures it then let me know as well please !!!

Obviously you don't access this site when you should be working do you. That would be naughty :roll: :tongue:

Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel->Display and check your color settings. You may only be set to 16 colors or something like that. Increase you color settings to High or True color setting see if that helps.

Thanks for that, I'll check that out at work tomorrow, strange part is that the rest of the site looks ok - just the forum part that has the problem and its only happened since the site change

tried what u said....didnt work...it kinda sucks highlighting what everyone said to read it but owell im only 18 i got young eyes i can handle it...thanks anyways...but if anyone does find out how to fix it let me know

I'm using IE 5.5 and windows 2000 on the works machine - at home its XP and the AOL browser which all works fine.
Think it may be to do with colours as my daughter was on my works laptop at the weekend and changed the wallpaper to one she created - now I'm trying to reverse it and see if that where the problem lies.. - kids !!!!!
