I had that problem too.
I think the new site has problems with Internet Explorer, so I downloaded Mozilla Firefox.
Since then I haven't had any problems with that or shoutblock.
I still have some log in problems but Webby is working on that I think.
So if you have Internet Explorer try getting
Mozilla.
Beats me, I still can't even quote without hitting reply first, then clicking insert quote. I just get a green bar that says "Loading..."

That works around the issue.
I am still waiting for the patch from the developers on this one.

I will do the preview then post method and also download Mozilla Firefox.
Another option is to go to "HOME" logoff & then log back in. "Home" is the only place you can log off from once you get the error.
