.wav files
Does anybody on here know how to make a .wav file AND if it's possible to make that file into a clickable link? any help would be appreciated..Thanks!

You can make a wav file with any of a number of recording sofware...Nero, Roxio, etc.
Then you can host the wav on photobucket, or other hosting sites,that will in turn give you a clickable link.

Winamp will also convert to .wav files. Its pretty easy to do.
