When people sign up they should have to be approved by the staff or have a 24 hr or so waiting period. This may help prevent the sort of nonsense that happened today.

if i recall that used to be the case, but the email never came. i had tried to sign up months earlier than i did and i couldn't because the staff had to approve and either didn't approve or didn't get around to it.
Actually , I do am confused on the whole deal myself.
I know that people who have free email accounts are put on another list for awhile.
We have a few things in place to take care of trolls.
Can somebody PM me and tell me what happened today? I missed it...
