Sorry if I missed this, but I cannot find how one goes from one level to the next

We have starter - gm - coach, etc

What are the targets to acheive these great ranks

I don't know but I would rather be a pro-bowler than an assistant coach, Is there anyway to skip the assistant coach title?

I'm guessing assistant coach is at 500.
