Yeah, the paid support to the leading platform provider in this space is worth spit.
Should dump them and go back to managing the crap myself when shit used to just work.

I can't log out.

This is strange. I can't logout, no yell, etc...

If you delete your' cookies shouldn't it log you out?

I have had a lot of the same issues.. MY first thought was this sucks... My second thought was maybe if people like me chipped in a little cash the site could be supported better... sorry... I'll get ya soon :-[

If you click "logout" from any page other than the home page, you' probably get that "session error" message. Simply click "logout" a second time & it will log you out.

Otherwise, go to the Home page & logout. It usually works the first time there.

If you do not see the "Yell", you need to logout & log back in.

It always works for me & I don't have to delete my cookies.

I just figured it was due to the outdated Brad Johnson 14.0 image not being replaced by the new and improved Tarvaris Jackson 2.0 image on the main banner.

Tech support tells me to make the switch and reboot the deneuralizer and everything will click.

I tried all of that. It was like I was half logged out, half logged in. My avatar was there on the right, but none of the member features were there on the left.

Craziest damned thing...
