maybe its the program they are using but still some people are so skilled with photoshop

A sig that i would love, would be like a combination of Peterson and Mike Green of the Washington Capitals( my favourite player in my favourite sport.)

I use photoshop to make my sigs. It's a rule of the site (see the second post here) that you need 150 if you want to request that someone make a sig for you. Once you get there, just PM me, and I'll be happy to make a sig for you.

I still dont understand how you make sigs like the one you made for thatjusthappened28, i took a tech class in highschool and we did photoshop for 2 months and i still cant make sigs even half as good as yours.

Just like most things, it takes time and practice.
When I first joined here I couldn't make a sig to save my ass, but after practicing and making a ton of them, they keep getting better and better.

Did you pay for photoshop or do you use a free version?
