SIG HELP!!!

i made my sig in photoshop and i tried to put it on my myspace and copy the url and i pasted it into the text box for the sig and i added the img tags but it didnt work. i also hosted the jpeg picture through image shack but i didnt know which url to copy....
when u add the img tags...what does it look like?
do you just put img before the url like

imgwww.nfl.comimg
or do you put quotes?

"img"www.nfl.com"img"
i even tried to put the brackets like
[img]www.nfl.com[img]
but nothing worked.

then i saw u have to make sure ur profile prefercenes says to show your sig but i went to my profile and preferences but it didnt say anything about showing mine, there was a box i could check saying not to show other peoples sigs but nothing about being able to show mine
so basically HELP!

That is because the last "img" tag has to look like "/img" (with brackets instead of quotes).

Just like this "img"www.mysigrocks"/img"

Also, that thing is way to big.
400 x 150 max, around 20kbs.

If you cannot resize it or get it, I guess I can resize it and even insert it for you.

i have it up there but its so small, haha idk what i keep doing wrong but it seems everything is going wrong....if you could do that for me that would be greatly appreciated

Go into your profile now and see how that looks in case you may want to change it sometime.
