This problem is ruining my PPO experience.
I can not quote anyone. It always just says "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again."
This is extremely annoying and to be honest, it makes me refrain from visiting the site as much. Not trying to make drama or whine, but can someone please offer a solution to me?

First place I always go when my web browser starts fucking up is to the temp internet files.
Dump that shit out - cookies, files, objects, etc.

Yeah might be running IE7 on XP and that's why...I suggest switching to firefox if you are running IE7 cuz I have heard IE7 on Windows XP causes that error a lot...

Sorry baumy I can't help you out, BTW
a problem I have is the preview button never works before I make a post. It doesn't bother me though, I can always use the edit afterwards if I mess up.

I'd say I use it in at least 75% of my posts.
My preview post doesn't work(useful to check if images work, but I've got it down by now I never screw up the tags) and my "insert quote" button, which is located on top of each post after you hit reply, hasn't worked in the longest time. But there's a very easy way around that one if you want to quote multiple people in one post.
Quote someone, copy, go back, quote someone else, paste, copy both, go back, quote someone else, write all your replies to individual quotes.
And Baumy, try switching browsers like suggested above.
