Newbie, with a question

Hi,
New to the forum and it said to post some details so here goes.
I am a Brit living in New York who's a Vikings fan ??? 40 yr old married with twins (one of each..Vikings fans in training...already boo the PACK!! ;D)

Loved the game since I watched the Redskins/Raiders SB back in the distant past and played in the UK. Played DT and loved watching John Randle so became a Vikes fan.
Been following them ever since.

I do have a question and I am not sure where the best place to post it is.
I have a football helmet I am looking to pait in Vikings colors. I can get the necessary decals (on ebay but if you know somewhere cheaper, let me know) but am struggling to find the paint. I can do the painting myself and I know I need urethane paint but not sure where I can get it to match the Purple...any ideas.
Oh and the reason I am doing this is that I travel back to the UK each year to play in an Old Boys game and one of the other players is a Pack fan...and I want to see his face when I pull out a Vikes helmet.

ok, the sexy little pixie thig scared me a little, especially as I found out Marrdro is a 40 year old man from VA (and I am 6 foot 300 lb man so little pixie does not apply in any way) but then I noticed he says that a lot. ;D

I got a little taken back at that too but as you did I learned it wasnt anything to get feathers ruffled over. Welcome to the site. Just saying you may be able to buy a Helmet for far less aggravation
