just took a tutorial at effictica.com, and i goota say that site rocks. here was the result.

I don't really get the rain much but graphically..
text could use some work and it needs a render effect. BG is a little bare.

the rain was part of the tutorial, i don't like it either. i agre the background is bare, i should put a colbert report logo in there somewhere

Without the rain i'd gove it a 6/10, with bigger text 7.5/10
