Thread: Need help I'm new here (putting this image in my avatar)

I'm new here and I'm like idiot when it comes to computers.
It took me like 3 times to figure out how to sign up properly.
I found this cool picture on the web and I wanted to make it my avatar you know that small image by your name.
Its a cool image of a Viking football player spiking the ball.
It kept saying the image was too large and I dunno how to make it smaller.
If you guys could help that be great.

I will tell you this, you will need to find a program that you can put the picture into and resize it.

You can download "paint.net" for free.
Just do a google search for it.
That program allows you to resize images, but perhaps there is a more simpilar program out there that somebody can recommend.

This should work.
