probaly because it is frowned upon Magicci. i know i used to use Napster back before Metallica went cry baby on them and shut them down. i ended up not downloading mp3s anymore because i got viruses from some mp3s and it wasn't worth it for a song or two.
not songs to download but songs to put on other websites and stuff. wma not mp3

If you got virus's it was not from MP3 files. MP3's are not executable files which is necessary for a virus to inhabit them. If you were downloading self extracting zip files with mp3's in them you could get a virus that way as that kind of zip file is executable and installs the virus when you click on the zip.Quote:

well im not talking about for downloading, im talking about getting the URL's of the songs for playing on another site.
But they can still be downloaded, right? So, they are in effect like Napster...I prefer eDonkey to my music. :evil:
