moving sigs

I just started making moving sigs and have I am wondering how I get them to move on my profile on PP.O. I took it to photobucket but as you can see it won't move. do I have to host it somewhere else? do I have to save it as something else?

I think that I saved it is a Jpeg. Is that the problem???

Do i have to save it through photoshop or Imageready. I am saving it as a .gif through photoshop right now and it is clearly not working.

Just a reminder:

3. Testing your new sig or avatar is not needed by making a test post.
Once you change your sig or avatar, it goes with every post you ever made.
Use me for example; if I change my sig right now, my very first (newb) post I ever made will have my new sig or avatar.
Go back to one of your previuos posts are send yourself a PM.

The "preview" button is your best friend with this.

I've tried doing it to my sig and managed to convert it ok, however when I put it into my profile I just get the red cross displayed ! Is it the way I saved it or something to do where I've hosted the swf ? Only if I put the URL in my browser I can see it working fine there

Snow for info, I used imageready to save as a flash file. Under File>Export then selected flash option - assuming that was the right way to do it !!
