I was disappointed I couldn't find it.
I didn't have to print my own.
I invested the 5 Del Rio Dollar I had (from 6Kings) into the Salt Lake City Stock Exchange back in 2005 and rode it up to 1,340 and cashed out in Nov before the Market headed south.
After taxes, I had enough to pay the brokerage fees and still had 1000 to put in my pocket.
